DISCLOSURE
TimesharesPartners.com (TSP) operates within the timeshare resale marketplace. Through various advertising partnerships, TimesharePartners.com provides a web based network for timeshare buyers, sellers and renters. TSP does not itself engage in real estate broker services on your behalf or anyone else. However, for the 2008 and 2009 calendar years, TSP average success ratio of ads to transactions of 86%. TSP inquiries and communications are between the owner/broker and the inquiring party directly, TSP does not negotiate on behalf of owners or buyers. TSP can refer you to a licensed real estate broker or attorney to provide whatever real estate brokerage or legal services are necessary upon requested. The terms of any agreement between a real estate broker/agent and you are not endorsed or recommended by TSP. Additional fees beyond TSP advertising may apply such as transaction fees, broker commissions, and/or closing costs charged to either the buyer and/or seller based upon the terms of a purchase and sale contract. Market conditions fluctuate and influence every transaction. TSP does not guarantee that a timeshare can be rented or sold at any particular price or within any particular period of time. Due to privacy concerns, direct contact information for owners is not available on TSP’s website.
CANCELLATIONS REFUNDS:
Owners are entitled to a full refund of the advertising fee paid if they provide TSP with notice of cancellation of their advertisement within three (3) business days from the day their advertisement becomes active on TSP’s website.
In addition, we will refund any advertising fee paid as follows:
Monthly-monthly payments shall be deemed earned when the Timeshare sells or rents, when an inquiry is received and/or when the ad has been posted for 3 days of any given month. If an Owner desired to cancel an ad package and notifies us in writing of such and none of the conditions above have been met, Timeshare partners.com will refund the current months ad fee and cancel the ad. All previously earned ad fees are non-refundable.
Annual/Lifetime: Annual and Lifetime payments shall be deemed Earned when the timeshare sells or rents, when an inquiry is received and/or when an ad has been posted for 3 days of any given month. If Owner desires to cancel an ad package and notifies us in writing and none of the conditions have been met, TimesharePartners.com will prorate the refund at $160 per month per timeshare and refund the balance of any payment.
Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide TimesharePartners.com's copyright agent the written information specified below. Please note that this procedure is exclusively for notifying Timeshare Partners that your copyrighted material has been infringed.
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon;
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site, including the auction ID number, if applicable;
